A jury just awarded him $18.3 million (much of it is for medical expenses), although I’m sure he’d rather have his mobility back.  Ford will probably fight this to the death, but at the very least, a jury was on his side.  Think some happy thoughts for Dax, he’s really been through a lot.

Just wanted to share some big news with you all…

The past couple months I’ve been sworn to secrecy, but can now finally speak on it. I’ve been working on the new DJ Hero video game that will be coming out later this year. I’m also going to be a character IN the game! This is a big highlight in my DJ career, as it’s the first game
of it’s kind. DJ Hero is being put together by Activision, the same people who do Guitar Hero, so this thing is gonna be mega!

I also have a quick favor to ask if you have 2 minutes…

There is a poll happening right now for Americas Best DJ, and it ends in a couple of days. Apparently I’m somewhere in the top ten at the moment, but would really love to see if I can take this thing to numero uno. If you wouldn’t mind taking a second to cast a vote and support your boy, I would really appreciate it.

Sorry we’ve been so dry lately… Just a lot of stuff going on (what’s new?) and we’re all a bit tired.   We’re like months behind at posting news/pics, but now that everyone and their momma has a blog etc, it doesn’t seem quite as necessary for us to do it.  Plus we’re still trying to figure out how to re-upload almost 10 years of news posts in case you noticed they were missing.  I think people are glad the old weird pictures of them are gone.

Anyway, Cage’s new record is coming out soon.   We’re excited that Alex Pardee did the artwork and that fellow Cardboard City’er  Shia Labeouf directed the first video (below).

And we’d be remiss if we didn’t take a moment…There’s been quite a bit said by quite a few people, but our only thoughts are with his family and loved ones.
