Staple’s lookbook for their latest capsule collection with Brooklyn native and former undisputed heavyweight boxing champion, Mike Tyson. What may seem like an unlikely pairing is linked by both Staple & Tyson’s love and longstanding appreciation for the Pigeon; Iron Mike threw his first punch over one, and Staple has since adopted the mascot to represent the energy all urban dwellers possess.
This Summer 2013 capsule collection will be followed up in the Fall with two more graphic tees, an embroidered hooded sweatshirt, fleece varsity jacket, and an exclusive Mitchell & Ness snapback cap. All photos were shot at the world renowned Gleason’s Gym in Brooklyn, NY.

UncategorizedComments Off on Standing Room Only – Fashawn & Murs
Jake from Rhymesayers just told us about his new video project called Standing Room Only. The concept is to get touring musicians into the studio in Minneapolis, MN, throw them together with the house band to play three of their songs and record and film the process. The first participants are Fashawn & Murs doing tracks from This Generation.
You can follow them on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram for updates about new videos and recordings. If you know of someone who would be a good fit for this and will be in Minneapolis please hit them up.
